I was wondering if it was possible for someone to help me modify the default Coppermine skin to have more of a Pinterest look (http://pinterest.com/). Basically I'd like for the thumbs to be tiled like this - same width, variable height - and I'd like for the to use a more organic layout - not neat & tidy rows.

I wouldn't mind this plug-in and/or theme being offered to the public, either. In case any developers are interested in that... I feel like with the growing interest of Pinterest this might become a popular request!

Anyone interested? Is this even possible? Would it be better to use a WordPress or other application?

Please send me your quotes & questions!

That's exactly what you'd have to break, as that's the way the current Coppermine thumbnail view works. I currently don't volunteer for the job, it's just a hint for the potential freelancer. Maybe the easiest way will be to generate the thumbnail view pages completely new instead of modifying the current table layout.
