Watermark not showing up

I have asked others to check my settings for me and we can't figure out what the problem is. I posted on the forum that hosts my site and they don't understand. I run other sites that I use coppermine and use a watermark and they work fine but for this site it does not. I have been manually adding my watermark to my photos because for the life of me I can not get my watermark to show up. I have even tried uploading the watermark to different file areas.

Under config I went to "watermark" and it IS checked. I have the Trancparancy at 50 (but it doesn't matter if I put it higher or lower it still doesn't show)

I have it set to bottom right

If anyone can suggest WHY my watermark isn't showing up I would be forever grateful. Thanks.

hmm, was I supposed to know that. 

Ok then, maybe it's because your watermark.png image is actually a jpeg image instead of a png image.

lol I mentioned in my First post I had been manually adding the watermark. Someone made that watermark for me, how can I tell if it's a jpeg or png? It's labeled png

Ah you are a genuis! I changed the extention to .jpg then opened it in photoshop and resaved it as a .png and now it's working perfectly. Thank you so much.
