Is there a plugin that allows administrator to add a video from youtube.com in albums as in this module (for version 1.4)?

Depending how you read your question, there are two answers:
1. There's a plugin which allows you to add videos from (e.g.) YouTube to your gallery: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,60195.0.html
2. If you don't like the way how the above plugin currently works (create a file which contains the video URL), you have to wait for Veronica's upload plugin
