Help Please

Hey guys...I haven't changed layout since a very long time and I forgot how to change the template of the various pages.
Can u tell me the name the file that have the whole templates?

I've tried working on theme.php page inside the theme folder but most part of classes are missing...My gallery is 1.5.9.
Hope to have some help
