Buddy Lists added back

I have many members that are missing the ability to have buddy lists/notifications when they upload images in the gallery. Is there anyway to get it added back. I had asked last year in support but never got back in with more indepth as to how to--computer/program issues on my end.

Please let me know if this is able to be returned, many users would be so pleased if it can.

That feature never existed in Coppermine, it was probably a part of Stramm's modpack. Maybe someone is able to create is as a plugin for cpg1.5.x or future versions.
