Permissions for Albums

Hey Guys,

i created a group "Marketing" and added my users.
Now i want, that the Users can uploaded/delete files in all albums and not have adminpermissions on the whole coppermine gallery.

But when i add them to Marketing they only "see" the albums, they cant edit them.
How it works?!
