No Coppermine access (admin)

I have a coppermine account, sinds a week i can't login with my username (i'm admin).
I tried forget password option, doesn't work, is there a .php file where i can manually change my password/username?

Another idea? Maybe solved when i install upgrade.

I even maually change the password in the database, doesn't work!

So, I started with a new database...
Works fine, but what a pain, all my data is lost, and above that, I can't upload. Form token error
Slowly thinking copermine sucks, but in the end, its always the user who f*cked up.
In this case im the user.   
I run a upgrade as well, so what am i missing...
