Coppermine Theme for Fanpage

Hey to all of you i work on a Fansite right now sadly i have little PHP knowledge and have trouble designing a Coppermine Theme. Since i have seen a lot of you with great skills i was wondering if someone would help me out and create a Theme for me. I don't have a lot of Money so i could only give you 10-14 dollar (sorry but it's all i have on my credit card right now and it's the only way to pay someone outside of my country).
