First: I can`t speak english very well...

Hello. I have a problem. Whit Upload picture...
I have a my own webserver on windows. All  was perfect. But now i bye a domean name. But it is on Unix OS. And I wont to Upload my Web Site there. Look like gallery was working propertly... but when new person is registered. and when hi upload a picture... Shows a error... Like this Under...

Destination directory albums/userpics/10070/ is not writable by the script !
File: /raid/www/pic-bg.com/www/root/db_input.php - Line: 236

So whats this?! Help me!!! Can this happen because now is on Unix system. What i do?

you probably forgot to CHMOD (set permissions on Unix/Linux systems) as suggested in the docs. CHMOD your albums folder and everything within it to 755 or 777 (depending on your webserver's config).
