Need MySQL paid help to to change Domain Name using Cmg 1.5.12 -> 24

I am unable to get 1.5.12 working again after copying the website from one domain name to another.

The saga continues, so consider the project suspended.

OK, now have the db connected. 

However, all the file names still point to the original website and not the new.   :'(

I cannot find any admin tool to change them.  What do I do now?

It is mostly working other than some lastups.

Thank you to Phill L and Joe C for their advice to get Step A (change domain names) working. 

I'll take a break before Step B (updating from 1.5.12 to 1.5.24).
