{GALLERY}?

Hi everyone, I'm new at this so I could have chosen the wrong category. By the way I'm creating a new theme, I copied the rainy_days one, but now I would like to change the view of the tables (Category) but I find only "{GALLERY}" and I don't know where to edit it.
Sorry for my bad English.
