Maybe you're looking for this plugin: http://coppermine-gallery.com/forum/index.php/topic,73428.0.html

[johnfelipe]

Install it and created but how generate it a link with sitemap?

I don't get what you mean with "single link". You now have a sitemap which displays all categories and subcategories, right?

[johnfelipe]

Yes, but localhost/sitemap.php or html?

Like catmgr.php, how create a file with all sitemap

[Αndré]

I just tested the sitemap plugin and it created a new subfolder: http://jhonfelipeurregomejia.com/nuevasplantillas2013/sitemaps/sitemap_index.xml

If this isn't what you're looking for, you still can use the built-in sidebar feature: http://jhonfelipeurregomejia.com/nuevasplantillas2013/sidebar.php

How can add to main menu

What do you want to add to the main menu, and what exactly do you mean with "main menu"?

I suggest to have a look at this config options:
