Upload Error on fresh install

I can upload using the single file upload option, but I get an error "A Valid token form could not be found" when trying to use the multiple file flash-drive upload.  I am using Chrome browser, but got the same error with FireFox browser.

I created a test user with the following so you can see:

Username: Test
Password:  Test

Nevermind, I realized I was using a new machine that did not have flash installed.  installed flash and corrected issue.

Okay sorry to keep this open, but now I get a server I/O error on the same file during multiple uploads using the same method, and than the rest of the uploads get the same error.
