Hi there, I have a Coppermine gallery that is structured as follows:

Category Level A
- Category Level B
-- Albums
-- Albums
-- Albums

On my index.php page, it does not display (for Category Level A) the total number of pictures contained within.  (Once I am viewing Category Level B, then yes it will display the number of pictures per album as normal).  I've attached a photo of my index page.

Any suggestions?

Joel

That has been addressed some time ago. Unfortunately I cannot remember if there's a solution. Please search our board if you need to fix this.

I've tried multiple search queries with different keyword variations but I can't find anything.  If you can even suggest proper keywords that would be helpful.

Otherwise this, to me, seems a display flaw on the part of Coppermine.  CPG should display the number of files within lower-tiered embedded albums.

I agree. But I'm sure there has been a reason why I haven't fixed that yet, probably because it's more complex than you think. If I remember correctly, the code in index.php would need a comprehensive re-design.

Hmm okay.  Time for Coppermine 1.6.x??   ;)

Oh well, this isn't a major issue.

This bug should be fixed in SVN revision 8659.

More instructions in the other thread. Please report any issues also in the other thread. Thank you!
