CM 1.5.24 - Stuck at Step 4

Hi!

While installing Coppermine 1.5.24, I am stuck at step 4.

Just a white screen as in the image. Not proceeding further. It's like this for 15 mins.

Can someone help me?

Firstly, please always attach images instead of hotlinking. Aside from remote images getting deleted I cannot often see them at the office due to our corporate firewalls. Having said that, there is not a lot we can tell from an image of a blank screen. Please also be aware that CPG1.5.24 is now outdated so please try again with 1.5.26 as it may fix your problem. If it still does not work try the classic installer and post a screenshot of any error messages it shows.
