[Invalid] MiniCMS for version cpg1.5.x or higher

As MiniCMS doesn't exist for version cpg1.4.x i submit this request, in the hope there will come an end to emails from my host complaining about a slow query:

delete from `123gall`.cpg14x_sessions where time<1402118249 and remember=0

(123gall is fictive)

There is no support for cpg1.4.x on this forum, thus may I urge for the updating of the plugin?  Thanks a lot.  Then we can discuss further because I also wonder if my host isn't just trying to sell me hosting, something I would if I had 100% satisfying about paid hosting.

MiniCMS has existed for CPG1.5.x for several years...

As the documentation you quoted states:

Attention! As this overview isn't updated frequently, it's recommended to have a look at the appropriate plugin contributions boards for cpg1.4.x and cpg1.5.x if you haven't found your desired plugin.
