Albums Not Nesting Under Categories After Update to 1.5.28

As the title says. I have many galleries and have updated only two. Good thing I saw this before I began with all of them, some with more images and albums than these two. Here are the URLS of both galleries:

With both after the update the individual albums are outside of the main index page. They should be nested as they were before the update. I've checked the album list view part and it it still set to 1 and there are no thumbnailed images in the blank boxes on that page. I am not updating my other galleries because it would be a nightmare to have to correct each and every single issue I'm having with these two galleries.

I fixed the issue I had by installing a previous version of the index.php file. Not sure what happened, but here is a screenshot. Not sure if that will help in figuring out what did go wrong, but it was a fix.

That issue is known and has already been fixed in our SVN repository. Please restore the index.php file of cpg1.5.28 and apply those changes:
