Header and Watermark not seen

I have the 'hardwired' template enabled in Coppermine.
I'm designing my taste.

I have designed a Header and a watermark.
But I do not know how to put the header, I've tried putting the path, but not served, remains to be seen.

For the watermark, when I had installed the version 1.5.24, I just had to put a direct link to the image tag. But now at version 1.5.32, I do the same and the watermark is not visible.

Someone can help me?

Please post some more details, e.g. a link to your your watermark file, the path for the watermark file you added in the settings and what exactly you've set up regarding your header. A test user account with upload privileges might also help.
