Very small fix to blank album problem.

Hi there,

I am looking for a small fix to a blank album problem.
I have an image before my albums and it repeats on both sides of the column.
I only want it to display if there is a title in so there arn't random icons all over the place.

Example can be seen at the bottom of this page:

Its an old Coppermine theme.
