Impossible to upload

I have two galleries with coppermine and everything was perfectly fine untill the other day. Today I've tried to upload some photos in the usual way (from the admin menu Album) but it doesn't let me upload anything it says "Impossible to move" and "Upload failed"  . Can somebody help me? I've already tried to log out and then log in again but nothing changed. I don't even understand why it says Impossible to move... Thank you

This suggests that your host has changed something as you are getting the same problems on two galleries. It is probably a file permissions issue but to enable us to advise further please read the section of the docs called "troubleshooting the upload process " and post all the information detailed.
