[Done] Need 2 hire CPG/php savvy freelancer to fix prob w/ view counter incrementing

Site uses custom theme.  Freelancer that created it is no longer available. View counter under thumbnails does not increment when non-admin views an image.  If another CPG-provided theme is used, view counter does indeed increment when non-admin views image.

Am non-php programmer and after hours of scouring the forum for solution(s), I am no closer.  The closest I found was http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,75555.msg364025.html but I am unable to apply that wisdom to my gallery.

Is there an experienced and recommended freelancer on this forum that could take a look an give an estimate to resolve this on my client's gallery?
