picture probleem

Hey,

I'm new to the forum because I really do not come up with the following:

When I click on a picture, I get to see the first picture see pic1, I go back to the main page and then click on another picture. I will see a small picture, see pic2 and all pictures are the same size .
I've tried everything but I do not really get it right. Do you know how to set this up?

And sorry for my bad english.
