Foreign accents (acute, grave, cedilla, etc.)

Hi again,

I have some French and Spanish members whose username is now showing with question marks instead of the correct accented letter. How might I fix this?
I have seen this topic has been covered here but unfortunately all the posts seem to be in French.
I would like members names spelled properly.

As your user names are stored in your board's database, the encoding is probably different. You need to find out each encoding and (if possible) set them equal or you need to convert them "somewhere" in the Coppermine code.
