Add class to a specific category (catrow)

Is there a way I can add a specific class to only one category, so I can style it differently when it's displayed on the initial page (like a different background color or smth)?

Sorry for the late reply. Do you still need a solution for this? Should be possible by modifying function theme_display_cat_list.
