Basically: I'd like to match the "Rainy Day" theme with the rest of my site. The site is for a game, which will go public, and generate revune, so I guess you could assume the site is Commercial. Would i be legally able to use the rainy day images on the site? If you would email me at: intelacer@hotmail.com I'd appeciate it. or just reply.

The themes that comes with coppermine (including "Rainy Day") are released under the GNU GPL, which means you're free to use it on commercial sites as well as non-commercial ones. You're allowed to modify the code, as long as the disclaimer in the code isn't being removed. In other words: yes, you can. For details, see http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html
