I changed my domain name on my site. My Coppermine is there. However, i have forgotten my login and password and my email address is no longer valid since changing domain names. is there any way to reset the password without having to reinstall. I can access the site ok just cant log in

Thanks

Assuming you have access to the database via a tool like phpMyAdmin - you can view the cpg15x.users table and find user_id 1...
Will have the id, and email... which you can change as you wish - and password but that will be encrypted.

Searching the forum you would find that you can edit this password and set it to one of:
098f6bcd4621d373cade4e832627b4f6 (password is test)
e10adc3949ba59abbe56e057f20f883e (password is 123456)

You should then be able to login and change your password through the normal screens
Thanks!
