cant delete files upload approval

Hi

I am helping a non profit group andCoppermine was updated to 1.5.46 recently.
All albums show images but after logging in and going to upload approval, there 513 files that cant be deleted, like they don't exist and does not show a thumbnail image.  How can I clean it up? thank you

Upon further inspection, all of files listed Upload approval, the files point to non existent folders.

Usually that means the files have physically been deleted but not deleted from the database. If they have not been approved you could run a query on the database to remove all unapproved entries. However, before you do they make sure you backup your database and be 100% sure that backup is good.
