I just upgraded from 1.5.20 to 1.5.48.  When I am using http, the site works fine.  When I try to use https, the images don't show.  I followed the directions and the file compare only showed issues with items the Albums directory and anycontent.php, which I did not replace per the upgrade instructions.

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

To be clear, all images, not just pictures, fail to show up in the browser.  Icons, etc. you name it.

OK, this is typical.  Self caused error.

My hotlink protection code in .htaccess caused the problem.  I don't really care about hotlinks anymore, so I removed the code.

All is well, problem solved.

Well done and thanks for resolving your post.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
