Unable to upload files..

A user of my gallery just keeps getting this error when trying to use the upload file..

What is wrong!?  :-\

It does seem like the user is thrown out when selecting the file, and has to log in again.. But then, same error..

Thanks for your reply.. Have really tried "everything" I think, and the upload works as a charm for my own account, so shouldn't be a server-related issue.. Really not sure why he seems to be logged out when trying to upload? Happens on three different browsers as well, so shouldn't just be a cookie-problem?!  :-\
