Hello Everyone,
This is the error I get when I point my web browser at the cpg directory on my webserver:

The installer is locked
ERROR
The installer can't write the temporary config file include/config.tmp.php. Please review directory permissions.
Unable to write the temporary config file - make sure the 'include' folder is writable for the script.

apache is the group/user that owns the "include" directory. I ran "chmod 777" on the "include" directory and I still get this error.

I am using PHP 7.3.6 on Fedora 30
If you need any more information, please let me know.

Thank you,
Steven P. Ulrick
