Invalid form token encountered for contact.html

I am running Coppermine 1.5.46.

I have just noticed that I am getting numerous "Invalid form token encountered for contact.html by user Guest at IP" etc entries in the security information log. It looks like this has been happening since Aug 6th - just in case there is any relevance in that!

I have not altered anything (that I can remember ) in the gallery.

Anyone have any ideas why this should be happening, please?

While testing the 'contact' in the gallery, as a guest, to see if I could spot anything, I noticed (on two occasions) that the 'captcha' question was unanswerable in that the space left to answer the question was not big enough for the correct answer!  I cannot find any file that stores the questions.

Any help on this also would help.
