No editor for changing picture titles?

I have some pictures where no title was entered when they were uploaded.  Can you edit the picture details retrospecively?
I have looked and i can't find where you can edit individual picture titles.

Sorry but I found where you can do it!
Click on any picture that needs editing, and click on Edit File Information and change the information in the form and Apply changes.
If you want to edit more on the same page use the browser back icon.
