Path of the cookie used by the script

I have a small problem i think my Path of the cookie used by the script is set to /database.
I find some problems that my search function got a probleme at page 2.

There are still more photo's but it stays in the search function of the past search.
I also have problems with my login to user and admin.
I changed the cookie to pf130 but the problem remains.

My other database has been set to Path of the cookie used by the script /
there are no problems there.

How can I switch the Path of the cookie used by the script to / and still be able to login?
If i do it through the config page i can't login anymore and have to reset the setting through PhPadmin

Can somebody explain me how to do it correct and still been able to login?

you have reported this in the past, so I see little point in starting another thread. If you do start another thread, it would be most helpfull to post a link to your page and a test user account (non-admin) - I think I have told you so before on the other thread as well. Please try to be more accurate with the terms you use (e.g. the database manipulation app is called phpMyAdmin as far as I know) - it's very confusing to try to find out what you might have meant saying something slightly different.

Yes but nobody seems to know the answer. Please tell me than that it is not possible to change the path of the cookie script than i know that i have to install the database again

You already posted on various threads, so I'm going to lock this one to avoid confusion. If nobody answer, this usually means:
- people don't know the answer
- people don't want to answer
- supporters already posted an answer, but you neglected to do what they were requesting
- you didn't supply enough information

If you think a thread has been forgotten (allow supproters some time), then don't start a new thread, but reply to the existing thread with the word "*bump*". Starting new threads all over the board and replying to various existing, non-related threads doesn't make supporters more inclined to look into your problems. You will have to do what supporters ask you to, since they're trying to help. In this special case, I asked you to post a link and a test account. You didn't do so. I won't bother to look through all the other threads you posted in to find this bit of information. No offense, but I think you have to review your attitude a bit.
