Downloading photos in low quality (issues)

Hi, guys!

There's a technical problem with our gallery. iOS users are having problem when they try to download some pics. Sometimes they can't download  the photos and when they can, the photo have a low quality even when we uploaded in HQ.

How can we solve this?

A link to your gallery will help. Also, how are they downloading the image? Are some simply clicking on the intermediate image in IOS and saving that instead of opening the full-size or using the download feature?
