Admin Tools Not Working

I've recently taken over a website and I began compressing files in coppermine. Until last weekend, all the admin tools were working completely fine as I was updating file dimensions and all of a sudden, everything quit working... including attempting to reload a single album.

I had my host increase my memory limit to 1024m, as that was the general consensus for a solution, but it didn't work. They had debugged and couldn't find anything on their end, so it must be something with the gallery itself at https://scarlett-johansson.net/photos.

I've been searching for days on both the forums and by googling in general and haven't found a solution to my problem. Any help would be appreciated!
