Lost my Admin password!

I have lost my Admin password and I'm not sure if the username is correct either.
How can I rectify this?
I tried clicking Forgot my password, but it changed my normal user password and not the Admin one.
I hope I don't have to reinstall as I have hundreds of photos on the gallery.
If I do have to install is there a way that I can preserve all of the photos by copying to another folder.
