I've updated the multiline comments plugin to work with CPG 1.6.x

I used this plugin in my 1.5.48 gallery and wanted to continue using it in 1.6.x. There was very little to do to the CPG 1.5.x version to make it work but, having done it, thought I'd feed it back to the user community. As with the original version, if anyone wants to change the language of the plugin description they'll need to edit $description in configuration.php rather than the language file.
