Upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6.25, now all the pop-up help boxes (pop up when you click the "?" links) are blank.  Pop-ups appear, but no content.

Did trouble-shooting and found this...   help.php, lines 233 and 241 are looking for "<a id=" when they should be looking for "<a name=".

Made that change and all is good.

You must have a docs folder in your installation that contains CPG 1.5.x documentation. Without that documentation folder, it gets the latest CPG 1.6.x documentation from the cloud (but your change would have to be reverted).
