Can I change timezone to GMT+10?

I am sorry if this has been posted before, but I have searched and searched with no luck 

Is it possible to adjust the timezone so that the time/date under the thumbs, show for my local time of GMT+10?

BTW: I have just upgraded to 1.3 with a custom theme and everything went like clockwork.... great work guys!

Timezone offset to GMT is in the next version (1.4) which is still under development.
