Batch Add Problem

Greetings.
I recently installed 1.3 and I am having trouble with my Batch Add feature. I read thru some of the other posts explaining about uploading in the proper directories and such -- but still cannot use the feature. I installed my sub-directories under the albums directory and enabled the corrent permissions, however no directories are showing up. I can upload the images 1-4 at a time using the single upload feature, but have many that I need to do. Any ideas?

I did enable the debug info (listed below):
