Collapsable Table?

Hey Guys,
I am back with yet another issue on customizing. I have my DISCUSSION BOARD and PHOTO GALLERY almost matching, however I cant seem to get my Gallery to collapse for the different screen sizes and resolutions, looks like its stuck on one size. Can anyone help me to get my contents to collapse?
