[solved] Config not display full size ?

I got the latest cpg, upgrade it from v 1.2 . The problem I got is the config page not display as full size, I think it display only half of it and leave me with no scroll bar what so ever so I can't edit or change anything in there .  I don't even see the bottom, is there a button that said update at the bottom end of config page ?

Nvm, it look like a bug in the old version, fix now with 1.3.1 .
