If you are admin and look at any image, link like:
/displayimage.php?album=1&pos=0&lang=english

There is button in the middle "Edit description"
But when you press it you can edit not only description but:
change caption
change Album
change Keywords
change "Read EXIF info again -- Reset view counter -- Reset votes -- Delete comments"

I thinks so a lot of changes are not described right as "Edit description"

I think the best way is to rename it to "Edit settings"
So users can easy understand what that button does.
