Allowing All to post in one album

hi there im running 1.21 of coppermine and i think its great theres just one problem, i have setup a section for wallpapers and i want to let all registered members to be ble to upload to that album how do i got about this ?

Set the album properties to allow uploads, and the groups page to permit user upload to public albums.
