I've just started using CPG - works great so far. I just loaded my first video and was wondering if anyone who has more experience than me (almost anyone :)) can suggest the best format and settings for video that will be a good compromise between quality and size. Some of my current videos are over a gig. I'd really rather try to reduce their size a bit before posting. Thanks

DivX offers great compression and video quality, and the same for WMV.  The only drawback to WMV is it's a Windows format and not universally accepted by web surfers.

This isn't a CPG issue, so next time post in a more appropriate board, like the General Discussion board.

to resize windows media, download the free windows media encoder from M$. More options (and more formats) can only be manipulated with professional video software (at least on Winoze I don't know decent free apps, maybe there are some on Linux).
