[solved] Display E-cards not working

Hello!
I just upgraded by CPG from 1.2.x to 1.3.1.

Apparently the "DISPLAY E-CARDs" function is not working - it doesn't even give a display button, just a small little blank box where the button should be...  Screen shot below;

This blank button links to the db_ecard.php file.   When this is clicked while in debug mode, I get an error for line 115;

db_ecard.php - Line: 115

I have sent 1 e-card successfully, thinking the database needed something to log, but it still does not work.

Any help would be appreciated!

Update;
Actually, more appears to be wrong than this.   I do not seem to have the 1.3 Config screen at all - it appears to be the old one.

Issue has been solved.   I re-uploaded all of the language files and config.php, and now the proper 1.3.1 config screen shows as well as the Display E-cards log.

make sure you have replaced all cpg1.2.x files with cpg1.3.x ones, or you will run into troubles sooner or later.
