Error on Line 134 of ecard.php (Sorry but the server can't send your e-card)

I've just installed coppermine 1.3.2 and I'm loving everything about it but I can't seem to get the ecard function to work properly.  I'm getting the following error:

Sorry but the server can't send your e-card...
