personalized displaying all commentary

Hi, is here anybody who try to find a solution to this problem ?

When I open public gallery with pictures from many users I want see last commentary with this 3 options

1 - normal (like now) - every commentary by date descending
2 - only "MY" commentary on every pictures by date descending
3 - only commentary (from anybody) on "MY" pictures by date descending

(When I say "MY" - I think whichever login registerered user, which can write commentary aand sending picture)

Can you tell me please, how I can change theme.php ?

this can't be done by just modifying theme.php
Such an option needs looking into and a decent amount of coding.
