AM not sure if i did anything wrong,
i dont see the userpics folders..

will try it out... i thought it was same as the 1.2 in which all folders are
visible already.

you never were meant to ftp-upload to userpics (as this causes problems for some users), in no coppermine version. In cpg1.3.x, we're just enforcing this "no uploads to userpics" by not showing it in the batch-add section. Leave your existing pics within "userpics", all new ones you add from now on must go into folders you create within the albums folder.
