Error Message
Exceeded filesize permitted by CPG.

I have set the disk quota under groups and config to 10000 kbs.  Still nothing works.  Please, help!  GauGau?

"filesize" is not "disk quota".  The default max filesize is 1024kb.  That's in your config settings, not your group settings.
